LEGACY PLANNING CASE STUDY #1
Jan and Fred are hoping to avoid probate and make things as easy as possible for their children as they age. With a complete estate plan, their children are set to be able to manage things when Jan and Fred are no longer able to, their end of life wishes are made clear, and probate should be avoidable by their family once they pass away.
BLENDED FAMILY CASE STUDY #2
Coming into the marriage with children from previous relationships, Ben and Sherry each had concerns about their estate once the other had passed. They are able to use their estate plan to aim for a legacy of harmony in their blended family, while still maintaining each individual legacy. Their estate plan protects their marriage and also their future.
GROWING FAMILY CASE STUDY #3
Chris and Liz have not updated their will since the birth of their children. Their assets have also increased in that time. They want to ensure their will matches with the financial goals and also expresses their wishes for their children’s care. They are able to bring their will in line with their goals for the future, and make plans for future updates as they age.

Janelle Cremé, Esq.
Estate Planning Attorney
Born in California, I was raised mostly in the Midwest, moving to Iowa and then Michigan. As the oldest of four children raised by a principal and a teacher, my upbringing was filled with a passion for learning and joy.
Coming from a family of educators, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. My husband and I moved to Florida, where I taught third grade while he pursued graduate school. After a few years, I realized my true calling was to make an even greater impact on people’s lives, leading me to pursue a law degree.
After graduating from law school, I was admitted to the Florida Bar and began practicing Personal Injury law in Orlando. Soon after, we relocated to Texas, and I used my teaching background while waiting for admission to the Texas Bar. I worked on a federal civil case before joining an immigration firm, where I established their immigration practice. I then expanded my expertise in estate planning, which inspired me to open my own practice, proudly serving clients in Prosper, McKinney, Celina, and Frisco.
Today, I reside in McKinney with my husband, Andrew, and our daughter, Gianna. We are active in our church, enjoy family time, and cherish quiet conversations. I look forward to helping you plan for the future and protect your legacy.
